2. Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination. For orders within Switzerland & the EU the standard delivery time is 1-3 working days, for orders placed before 12:00 noon (working days) the standard delivery time is “next day delivery”.
International deliveries may take 5-10 business days or longer depending on region and customs processing.
3. Shipping partner
We work with reliable shipping service providers to ensure safe and punctual delivery. After the order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
4. Shipping restrictions

5. Undeliverable packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or absence of the recipient and is returned to us, we will contact you to verify the address information and arrange for re-shipment. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply for re-shipment.

If you receive an order that is damaged or missing products, please contact us immediately after receipt. In such a case, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
